Flourish in this one wild and precious life.

Nature Mandala Mindfulness: A Morning at Artemis Flower Farm
Spend three peaceful hours on a flower farm foraging for natural objects and picking flowers to create your own nature mandala—a practice in mindfulness.
All too often, mindfulness is something people think they have to be sitting on a cushion with their eyes closed to experience and practice. This workshop will be taught in nature's classroom, which is designed to show you how easily you can incorporate mindfulness into your daily life (no cushion sitting involved!)
If you struggle with chronic busyness, are "always on the move," or are uncomfortable with solitude and stillness, and slowing down is hard—this is the workshop for you. (Or if you just need some time away from responsibilities in a natural setting!)
This experience is joyfully offered in partnership with Artemis Flower Farm.

Burning In - Spark Your Inner Flame for the New Year An Evening of Yoga & Vision Boarding
The marking of the new year offers a naturally occurring transition every twelve months. In the hubbub of the holidays, it is easy to pass this meaningful time and move right into the new year without slowing down. However, when we intentionally engage in times of transition, we take advantage of the opportunities they present to pause and reflect on the past, take stock, and envision what we want ahead. Transitions are invitations to Burn In, tend your inner fire, and pay attention to the path that alights when your fire burns brightly.
Using the mind-body practice of yoga to ground us into the present moment, followed by the technique of art collage, we dedicate time and space to intentional reflection on what we envision incorporating into the year ahead, including new goals, states of mind, and states of being.
This experience is joyfully offered in partnership with The Little Yoga Studio.
Participation in the New Year Vision Boarding Evening includes:
Guided Meditation
50-minute Gentle Yoga Flow Class
All supplies needed for your vision board
Location: The Little Yoga Studio
Open to All Genders and Ages 18 to Infinity
