Fireside Women’s Circle Fall Equinox

The transition away from the abundance and playfulness of summer is marked by the arrival of the Autumn Equinox. As nature enters a season of letting go—trees shed their leaves, blooms shrink on stems, and fruit falls from branches—we are invited into our own season of quiet reflection. If you are looking for meaningful things to do this fall, join us for an intentional fall solstice event created specifically to nurture community and inner peace. In this fireside women’s gathering, we will usher in the new season with mindfulness, quiet reflection, and open heart space. Together, we will reflect on what this past year has brought us and explore what we can gracefully let go of as the season shifts.

Fireside Women’s Circle Fall Equinox Event

The transition away from the abundance and playfulness of summer is marked by the Fall Equinox. As we enter into the season of letting go—the trees shed their leaves, blooms shrink on stems, and fruit falls from branches, we know a season of reflection is upon us. We will consider in this evening together what this year brought us. And ponder what can we let go of that no longer serves us.

Nature Mandala Mindfulness: A Morning at Artemis Flower Farm

Nature Mandala Mindfulness: A Morning at Artemis Flower Farm

Spend three peaceful hours on a flower farm foraging for natural objects and picking flowers to create your own nature mandala—a practice in mindfulness.

All too often, mindfulness is something people think they have to be sitting on a cushion with their eyes closed to experience and practice. This workshop will be taught in nature's classroom, which is designed to show you how easily you can incorporate mindfulness into your daily life (no cushion sitting involved!)

If you struggle with chronic busyness, are "always on the move," or are uncomfortable with solitude and stillness, and slowing down is hard—this is the workshop for you. (Or if you just need some time away from responsibilities in a natural setting!)

This experience is joyfully offered in partnership with Artemis Flower Farm.

Holidays By Design

Are you the one who makes the holiday magic happen—at the expense of your own peace?

As women, we are often the default keepers of tradition, family gatherings, and holiday joy. But behind every magical season is an exhausting amount of planning, labor, and stress. It’s easy to spend two months taking care of everyone else, only to end up depleted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from the season itself.

It doesn't have to be that way this year.

Join licensed therapist and women’s retreat leader Heather Carlson for an intentional afternoon dedicated to reclaiming your holiday season. Part workshop, part restorative women’s gathering, this experience offers space to slow down, sip warm cider, enjoy homemade treats, and create a realistic plan for how you actually want to spend the months ahead.

What you’ll gain:

  • Clear, Healthy Boundaries: Practical tools to say no without guilt and protect your time, energy, and capacity.

  • A Personalized Holiday Blueprint: Shift from default obligations to intentional choices—whether that means hosting a grand celebration or honoring a quiet, simple season.

  • More Joy, Less Burnout: Concrete strategies to replace holiday overwhelm with genuine presence and rest.

Leave with a renewed outlook, actionable tools, and a clear plan to navigate the season with ease. Make this the year you get to experience the magic, too.
