If you have attended Heather’s Boulder Women’s Circle, this special event will feel comfortably familiar—with a fresh, hands-on twist. We will incorporate a short element of creative expression designed to engage both your hands and your heart to deepen our exploration of the theme of the afternoon circle.

Please note: This is not an "art class" or technical workshop. No artistic experience is needed. Instead, we use simple, intuitive creative activities as an added invitation to reconnect with yourself, explore your inner world, and bond with community.

To be true to yourself and genuinely present for others, you must dedicate time to your own well-being.
